What is SoonerCare?

The Oklahoma Health Care Authority (OHCA) manages the program for the state. May 1st, 2026 to June 12th, 2026During open enrollment, members can switch their health and dental plans or the plans for their children. If you like your current plan, then there’s no action required to stay!Changing plans can only be done during the open enrollment period each year.Go to the OHCA website here for more information or call (800) 987-7767, option 5, for a Choice Counselor to talk you through your plan options and help you make a decision.

What are Humana, Aetna, and Oklahoma Complete Health?

Humana Healthy Horizons, Aetna Better Health, and Oklahoma Complete Health are the insurance plans available through the  SoonerSelect program. Most people with Medicaid, also called, SoonerCare, have their insurance through one of these plans. During open enrollment, if you have one of these plans, you may switch plans for you or your child.
