Do you need help selecting a health plan?
Call (800) 987-7767, option 5, for a Choice Counselor to talk you through your plan options and help you make a decision.
Open Enrollment
During open enrollment members can switch their health and dental plans or the plans for their children. If you like your current plan, then there’s no action required to stay!
You and your child do NOT need to have the same health plan.
2026 open enrollment is over.
